This Kauai Vacation Rental built in 1953, remodeled in 2005 is a large 600 square feet air conditioned studio cottage with a kitchen. It is designed and decorated with your Kauai Vacation in mind. Our Cottage has beautiful tiled floors and a private yard with grill, picnic bench, hammock, etc. Coco cottage is a  perfect unit for couples and small families as there is a sofa bed there also. This wonderful Kauai Vacation Cottage also offers luxurious comfort with lots of room. A full kitchen compliments this unit as does its private location.

This Kauai Vacation Rental is perfect for a couple or small family.

$169 per night plus tax of 13.4%.    Cleaning fee $100.

You can pay by Check or e-Check. Add 3% if paying by Credit Card. A refundable security deposit of will reserve the cottage for you ( I return this deposit to your card after departure ) and the balance comes due 60 days prior to arrival.

This Cottage is located near Wailua river in Kauai. Our Vacation Rental is sure to spark fond memories of Hawaii.
