This Kauai Vacation Rental was built in 1953 and remodeled in 2003 when it was first offered as a Vacation Rental in Kauai. This 700 square foot cottage is divided into two studio units with a well insulated dividing wall. The cottage is furnished in a tropical style and offers accommodations for two. This unit has a private lanai/patio but no kitchenette. There is a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster, but no kitchen sink and no cooking facilities. We have gas grills available outdoors for your use.

Canal Unit B:  $99 per night plus tax of 13.4%.    Cleaning fee $70.

You can pay by Check or e-Check. Add 3% if paying by Credit Card. A refundable security deposit of $200 will reserve the cottage for you  ( I return this deposit to your card after departure ) and the balance comes due 60 days prior to arrival.
