In the Fern Grotto
We felt at home
It was as if
We were alone
So much love
Was in the air
How good of you
To let us share
This lovely place
Where time is new
Where two is one
And one is two
I saw an orchid
In the tree
I knew enough
To let it be
I thought I might
Have heard the sea
I think it was --
It wasn't me
And in the air
I sensed the earth
As if the wind
Was giving birth
To all that always
Lived before
Always never
Wishing more
And here we are
As times moves on
This poem remains
Though now we are gone
